My client is looking for a Business Process Analyst that has really strong experience working with OTC processes on SAP. This is a great opportunity to work with a large complex company while developing your process management capabilities.
 
You will report into the Business Process Lead and the right candidate for this role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the process including design, alignment of the end-to-end process as well as continued improvement and development of the OTC process.
 
Your main responsibilities will include -
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to find out there needs and implement this into the process design
  • Maintaining internal relationships to meet expectations with process design 
  • Gathering information on current operations to ensure your implementations are effective business wide
  • Providing guidance and expertise when required as the go to person for OTC Processes
 
As the right candidate for the role you will be -
  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience with customer on boarding, sales order processing, delivery, invoicing or customer credit, accounts receivable and cash applications
  • Analytical thinker to help with resolving in a variety of detailed situations
  • Strong experience in SAP (likely to include FSCM, FI, SD)
  • Flexible for business travel when needed
  • Qualified accountant or strong experience in AR/Credit Management
  • Good stakeholder management

  • Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls
  • Supporting the team to keep documentation up to date
  • Ensuring effective escalation for non-standard requests or issues
  • Accurately working within agreed SLA's on a right first-time basis

  • Keeping appropriate records to enable correct reporting

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly journals and reconciliations accurately and efficiently
  • Perform month-end and year-end ledger closure procedures

Key responsibilities

Skills and experience

  • Proven finance business partnering skills
