Quinton Davies is pleased to be recruiting for a multinational business running its financial division in Bristol. 
 
Role Responsibilities

  • Contacting clients to recover debt owed to surgeries, including discussing payment instalments available where appropriate, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times.
  • Working with the Debt Collection Manager to maintain the processes for chasing debt for the designated trial sites, identifying and assisting in process improvement as the trial progresses.
  • Maintaining good communication to the Debt Collection Manager regarding all aspects of the process to ensure a smooth transition of debt collection centrally.
  • Recording debt collection progress notes on the surgeries’ practice management system and the central office master records, to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Aiding the surgeries in the debt management process, ensuring all tasks are done in the most effective and timely manner and within the SLA’s provided.
  • Follow the specific debt escalation process when required.
  • Any other tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Complete balance sheet account reconciliations, including but not limited to:
    • Bank accounts
    • Cash and card payments
    • Booking deposits
    • Online payments
 
  • Produce reporting and analysis to support sites and senior management, including:
    • Daily cash received / banked
    • Petty cash spend
    • Cash and card  variances
 
  • Investigate anomalies – working with sites to understand why variances have arisen and to help resolve the variance. Investigating and disputing potential fraud.
 
  • Support with New Sites Opening – ensuring that access to banking is set up, training sites etc.
 
  • Complete weekly cash up – make sure all weekly petty cash, sales, cash and card receipts are accurately recorded.
 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sites, help them with queries and requests.
 
  • Support Manager with developing new processes and systems, and process improvement.
Experience
Experience of an accounting role in similar sized or larger multi-site companies is essential.
AAT level 2 or above qualification is essential (level 3 plus desirable).
Experience with the following software/systems:
  • Excel (Essential)
  • Aztec (Preferable)
  • Access Dimensions (Preferable)

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly journals and reconciliations accurately and efficiently
  • Perform month-end and year-end ledger closure procedures
  • Prepare VAT returns

  • Process invoices and credit notes on a daily basis.

My client is looking for a Business Process Analyst that has really strong experience working with OTC processes on SAP. This is a great opportunity to work with a large complex company while developing your process management capabilities.
 
You will report into the Business Process Lead and the right candidate for this role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the process including design, alignment of the end-to-end process as well as continued improvement and development of the OTC process.
 
Your main responsibilities will include -
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to find out there needs and implement this into the process design
  • Maintaining internal relationships to meet expectations with process design 
  • Gathering information on current operations to ensure your implementations are effective business wide
  • Providing guidance and expertise when required as the go to person for OTC Processes
 
As the right candidate for the role you will be -
  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience with customer on boarding, sales order processing, delivery, invoicing or customer credit, accounts receivable and cash applications
