We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious IT Analyst to join us here at Quinton Davies - we’re a recruitment firm with a passion to utilise technology at the heart of our business.

As the first member of our IT Team, you will have a great opportunity to get involved in all areas of technology, in a varied role, with the opportunity to advance your skills.

We aren't expecting you to be the finished product and expect there to be a lot of learning along the way. With that in mind this role can be roughly split over three areas:
  • IT Support - we have 3rd parties so this would be more of a triage role of sorts. 
  • Power Platform/Power App - potentially the bulk of this role will be spent enhancing our Power App and working with us to find other efficiencies and automations 
  • Data/Reporting - creating and developing Power BI reports and generally seeking ways to enhance our use of data. 
The successful applicant will be:
  • Passionate about IT, in particular the Microsoft suite and Power Platform
  • A graduate in an IT related degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders in person and in a fast-moving environment

Quinton Davies is working with a large company within the Marketing sector to secure a Systems Analyst to join their team at their Bristol HQ on a hybrid basis (1 day a week in the office)

Working closely with the Finance Systems Manager you will work to provide ERP system analysis and support to stakeholders in the business

This role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary of £35-40k depending on experience

To apply for the position of Systems Analyst you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Advanced knowledge of a CRM/ERP System, ideally one of WorkBook, Salesforce, Maconomy or Paprika
  • Ability to provide 1st line support for system users
  • Have a solid grounding in Finance fundamentals - this roles sits within the finance function so a basic knowledge of financial/accounting principals is desirable
