  • Experience with project delivery 
  • Experience working in an Agile fashion 

Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:

  • Ideally a PRINCE2 Practitioner 
  • Experience with P3M practices
  • Experience working within the defence industry 
Location: You would be required at the office in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

To apply for the position of Senior Project Manager you will need to meet the following criteria:
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes; ensuring appropriate controls and mitigations are in place.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases and workstreams of the project.
• Manage project scope and changes.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Manage project quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
• Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication.
• Manage multiple projects, of varying size and scope, simultaneously.
