Overview: Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a well-established medium sized regional Practice firm based in Buckinghamshire who are looking for a Trainee Tax Associate due to the continued growth.
In this role you will work with a dynamic and successful team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of personal tax but also other tax compliance services such as p11d forms.
Main Duties:
Complete standard income tax returns.
Complete other compliance services such as the preparation of P11ds.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and HM Revenue & Customs.
To regularly update appropriate tax spreadsheets / databases.
Ability to complete all work within the allocated time scales.
Complete time sheets accurately and on a timely basis.
To attend selected organised Tax updates held internally by the firm for CPD.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
Effective use of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Inquisitive and always looking to improve knowledge and understanding.
Able to communicate effectively face to face and over the phone with clients and 3rd parties.
Analytical and the ability to learn within a new environment.
Takes responsibility for work tasks and quality, managing own workload and deadlines under supervision.
Shows enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks as required through to completion.
Working to deadlines while maintaining workload by prioritising and ability to multitask.
