Job title: Helpdesk Support Supervisor and Account Manager Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Location: Bristol, city centre
This role can offer you:

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:
Running stand-ups and reporting on KPIs.
Providing training, coaching and mentoring.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Acting as the face of the business when leading client meetings, upselling solutioneering, and effectively dealing with customer complaints.
Creating and reviewing processes.
Spearheading marketing campaigns.

Driving licence
