• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

• Manage project quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.

Responsibilities
 
  • You will shadow the Senior Project Manager while he is the point of contact to several                 customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will need to learn about the different materials that are used within the Food Industry.           There are many different processes that we must follow to adhere to customers guidelines.
  • The Project Manager may give you some joint responsibility for planning and completion of         projects including arranging materials, method statements, risk assessments and                       organising labour. All of this would be communicated through the Manager prior to going to       the H&S department/Purchasing/HR department.
  •  You will delegate a range of responsibilities to the staff to develop their skills and                         experience and support effective project delivery.
